Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. Way overpriced for capacitors. The out 50% markups on their products. Not much of a “discount” ac shop won’t shop here again
