Rex was the DJ for our wedding at Red Rocks. He played nothing but absolute BANGERS. We spent a few hours together, in multiple calls, prepping for what type of music we'd like to have at our wedding. We wanted to combine house/electro music (e.g. Fred Again, Daft Punk, Disclosure) with 90s/2000s rap (e.g. Outkast, Kanye, DMX) and classic funk (e.g. Brothers Johnson, Chic, Gap Band) so it was a dance party yet fun and relatable to everyone. Discosapien was the BEST decision we could have ever made for our wedding day. The music was perfectly curated for us and our style of music and there was never a dull moment. AMAZING! Rex was the DJ/MC for our wedding reception. The entire experience from the initial consult through the event was exceptional! We crafted individual Spotify playlists to ensure our favorite songs were played and he used mixing skills to determine the order based on feeling the crowd vibe. Without evening asking, Rex assumed the the role of reception coordinator and ensured the little details from the grand entrance to the final dance executed perfectly.
