TOM'S INSTRUMENT SERVICE purchase a large number of items from DOF. We build control panels and have emergencies now and then, DOF has always responded professional, quickly and courteously in each time. We enjoy the great product lines as well as the tremendous customer service. We will continue to do business with DOF, it's a great company.

Do not order from this company. They have very poor customer service. If you ask about a delay in shipping they will tell you that your business is not needed and take it somewhere else. Received switches and 3 weeks later received handles. What good is a switch without the handle? got the run around the entire 3 weeks on when they would ship and was never told there would be a delay. When I asked for DOF to cover extra shipping for 2 day, that is when they decided they didnt need my business. Purchase at your own risk!!!
