Terrible service. They showed up two hours late. They were incredibly rude the entire time. The company representative then left with out notifying me. He said he does not service the Katy area when on their website it clearly says that they do. Huge waste of time dealing with this company. One of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve had in a long time. Considering how late he was then how he left completely unannounced. I do not recommend.
From day one, every single person we came into contact with was extremely professional and kept us informed with updates every step of the way. They were extremely timely and arrived on time every day, and at any point if we had questions, they answered them with kindness. The fence looks absolutely phenomenal and is extremely durable and sturdy. They worked diligently every day to finish the fence in a timely manner.
