I asked the pharmacy to mail me my prescription. Instead they chose to send it via courier. I work for a living. Nobody was home. The courier called me at work to tell me someone had to sign for the package. After work I went to the pharmacy where they admitted to screwing up, but suggested either coming back the next day or waiting around for 4 hours til the courier returned undelivered packages. Needless to say I wasn’t waiting around. Guess I’ll take time out of my day to go back tomorrow.

I was having an issue getting my daughter’s prescription filled at Vida pharmacy. I made a call and Eve Preciado was the one who was able to resolve my issue. She was very helpful, understanding and supportive. She’s a big asset to University Health Care.
