I wanted to trade in my Xbox and get a PS4, the staff there was so helpful and so knowledgable. They gave me a better price than Gamestop. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
You may have seen that some think these guys are rude, as long as you don't try to have any form of conversation with the store manager, Robert, then you should get along fine. What sucks is that when you sell older games they have this sorta preset limit as to what they'll pay: $5 max. Regardless of what they sell it for. I get that their here to make a profit, but often times they sell older games for 10 or more times the $5 payout limit.
