Gave me incorrect insruance quote, so i opted for the cash option and then they still ran my MRI through insurance and billed me all over again. I tried calling 3x and they kept putting me on hold and wouldn't give me their name or anything. No returned calls. total disrespect from the admin. this was 1/23 and 4;30pm. i hope they look up who was on staff. For some reason admin's think they aren't in the customer service biz.

New year’s resolution – Positive spin Medical Imaging Center of Southern California 1. If you have days to request/fight to get your results then this is the place despite stating needing the results right afterwards. Promises were made that they would be emailed but never were 2. Dr, Jabour and staff are top notch. Testing and diagnostic review were the best I could hope for. If you are seeking answers, this is the place to come- no surprise, given Dr. Jabour's world renowned expertise. Staff is very professional and maintain all appropriate medical standards to ensure you are comfortable and your visit is safe.
