While the nurses were wonderful, having to deal with the billing fiasco for more than 6 months does not make up for it. I was originally charged almost $900 for my portion but it turns out I'm due most of it back. They won't refund me until the claim is settled. THEIR billing department disagrees with the doctor and won't bill what was preapproved. Since it was denied, and they are fighting internally, I sit and am out almost $800. Had surgery on my left foot.... hardware removal under Dr. Mehul Taylor. Great staff members. Jessica provided terrific service and very friendly 👏🏿. I would highly recommend this place to friends. Great Job!!! 👐
I had right hand/thumb surgery on 15 June 2022. I am so happy. The doctor and staff were amazing. They told me what they were doing. I have very little or no pain. I would recommend them to anyone that needs surgery.
I have had 5 different surgeries at this facility and all 5 time the staff has been nothing but nice,helpful,informative,very caring and on time. I'm talking about the entire staff from from desk to the doctors. I'm absolutely grateful with this facility and their staff.
