Really straight forward, friendly and they actually check the disc's and will clean them for you if anything looks off. You also have 2 weeks to bring it back incase something does go wrong with it which I love! Overall great experience
Killian was wonderful, welcoming and super cool! I felt like she had always been my friend since we had a good experience. It was my first time visiting a Disc Replay as well and she helped me sign up for their rewards. I was so excited to find some guides as I would like to collect all of them. I haven’t been in a game store in years and this was an awesome experience! Nick was the consummate progressional! I stopped in on the hunt for Pokemon Games, Gens 4 and on, and also found out that they offer batter replacement on GBC Pokemon cartridges! Went home and got my copy of Pokemon Crystal with a dead battery. Came back and got it replaced along with purchasing a competitively priced copy of Pokemon Platinum on DS. Great store and great people here!
