I was referred to DisasterPro by Roto-Rooter and understood them to be partner companies. Since Roto-Rooter had handled the mitigation portion of my flood claim, I thought working with DisasterPro for restoration would provide continuity and make the process easier. We highly recommend DisasterPro! They called us regarding our roof damage after they were notified from our insurance company. DisasterPro kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process and so professional. The Roofing Crew were amazing in all of they did. Very polite, hardworking and professional. Jade was awesome to work with. Thank you DisasterPro. We highly recommend you and was a pleasure to work with you.
Pricing got a bit complicated, but Disaster Pros simplified it well. We ended up paying exactly what they said we would and the final result looks amazing!
If I could give David and team 10 stars on here I would! This team was outstanding. 2 days into our new house and septic backup. They came in and within a month had almost everything done. It would have been quicker but we went out of town. I cannot recommend these folks enough.
The management team is amazing here!. The workers are pretty decent as well.They do a good job
