Hard to believe how easy George Loveless made my roof repair experience. He walked us through every step of the process from the initial inspection, insurance claim, picking out materials, removing and reinstalling our solar, and finishing up with a beautiful 50-year roof. I was skeptical and nervous about the process, but George was very attentive and took care of every detail. Thanks George!

I approached Colin from Disaster Solutions after a hale storm because his Company was doing work in our area. Colin was able to work with our Insurance provider to get us a new roof, gutters, and screens. The work was done promptly and professionally, and Colin handled as much of the paperwork as possible and helped us greatly with the process. It was easy to work with Colin and Disaster Solutions, and I would recommend them.

“I had a great experience with Disaster Solutions. My project manager, Charlie, was excellent throughout the whole process. I did have a slight issue with some gutter guards, but Charlie came out right away and resolved the problem to my 100% satisfaction. Very professional and expeditious service. Highly recommended!”

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. George, at Disaster Solutions, worked with me every step of the way. He handled everything and communicated with me on a regular basis. The entire process when very smoothly. The job was completed in less than a day and it looks great!
