Very helpful in trying to reach a settlement with our insurance company. Unfortunately, my insurance company declined our request, but they tried their best. But because of them, they also canceled my home insurance policy. Before using, I would recommend you get all information before you send to insurance company. Also, they marked my house for the insurance company, and never came back to clean it up after it was declined.
Steve tarped our roof after some wind damage, he was great and would definitely call him again.
My husband and I needed a new roof due to wind damages, and every other contractor told us our insurers would not pay to replace our roof. We also suffered interior damages due to the water leaking into our home. Mr Shaun Edward's of Disaster Solution has proved all other contractors wrong. Brian was an absolutely amazing guy to work with, very very professional and was there to help every step of the way. The roof looks great and they got it knocked out in a day. He showed me every step of the roof install as I was home at the time and I would recommend their roofing service to anyone who needs a roof. Now for my 2nd review. Disaster Solutions Inc did a great job from assisting with Insurance Adjustments to setting up times for the roof being repaired. Everyone with this company was always a pleasure to work with.
