The whole experience was easy & quick. Josh Dorff handled the whole claim with my insurance company making it so easy. The roofing crew was great & did a fantastic job. My roof looks wonderful. They did an excellent cleanup job too! No debris in the yard, no nails to worry about. Josh & Brian (not sure of his last name or title) kept me informed every step of the process. Both were great to work with. Didn't promise me anything they didn't deliver. Everything went just exactly as told me. Thank you Josh and Brian!
Disaster solutions was incredible to work with. They replaced our roof and gutters which needed to be replaced from a storm. Disaster Solutions is a great company. Colin was so easy to work with. He helped facilitate the process with my insurance company. My roof looks great. They even hung my new shutters for me. The workers were very nice and cleaned up everything.
James and Daniel were extremely professional and really helpful through the whole process of getting a new roof and siding. They definitely measure 3x and cut once. The house looks great! I'm so glad I met James after the hail storm, I didn't realize I had so much damage. I'm really thankful.
