Let me start with the very unprofessional experience with Lee. He had different people working. Took months and never finished the work. Painted the house but wouldn’t fix the small nail holes. Destroyed my dining room table, by not taking the candle holders off the table, which caused chips of wood out of my table. Got paint all over my floors that I just had done. Please stay away from Disaster Service out of Medina. TN. Mr. Lee Pope. He charged 15,000.00 dollars to only paint the inside of my home, which has been left incomplete. Now he is threatening to put a lien on my home after receiving over a 11,000.00 and taking me to court for work that isn’t finished. I fired him after taking almost 3mons to paint only the inside of my house and after my money was stolen which was hidden, which means they were rambling to find the money. Great business to work with from start to finish. Made one call and Lee handled the rest of the process from pre-construction to the final nail. Always answers and works great with insurance!

This is a con artist they RIP off insurance companies and rip off elderly . They lie about the work performed and lie about the quality of work. There are about 47 unsatisfied customers who are suing this company.
