Disaster indeed. We used this company twice. Both times we had same exact area of the house done. Our project manager was Laura. She was pretty much unreachable. First time we had a flood on our mane floor/ basement. She was very fast to respond to come and see the damage. We had workers pretty much next day removing flooring. Overall, this company was okay for the work that we needed to have done to repair the water damage in our garage. The service technicians were professional and did an excellent job to remove the damaged material, mould and repair the drywall. Much appreciation to Wes, Tony and Andrew for the excellent job and care they took to restore the damage. I’m giving 3 stars because I found the communication to be lacking and had its challenges. Horrible experience dealing with this company. After experiencing a flood in Disaster RX was hired to perform repairs and clean up. Clean up was a disaster as they were called back multiple times. Broke picture frames as well as threw out contents that should not have been thrown out. The sub contractor performed garbage work where it had to be repaired 3times. Jeno is very professional and honest! I submitted an insurance claim due to damage from hydrogen peroxide in the kitchen sink floor, and after sharing photos and the details of the damage he recommended that it’s not worth to go through insurance and explained to me in details what really need to be replace. Due to his explanation I felt confident to do it myself. For sure I will use his services in the future and I highly recommend him for any advice! Thanks
