I can only share my own experience. Our floorboards needed to be replaced due to a water leak. Christian Shallo, who is the owner of this business, and his employees installed defective floorboards in our home. Then promised to fix it. And never did, despite our repeated attempts pleading with him to do it. It's competely broken my faith in licensed contractors. He was even recommended by our insurance company. So we are now stuck with flooring that is cracking everywhere. Be warned.
