We recently sold an older home with an unfinished basement. This company came recommended, but I cannot in good faith recommend them. The company was extremely frustrating to work with on a basement drain system. Short version: lack of communication, did three walls instead of the four we paid for, which the fourth wall was completed after emails, texts, and phone calls, radon fan was silent is now noisy and they blamed us for noise/tried to say it was always that way, which are both lies, we have to pay for radon guy to come out now and fix the fan, black marks every few inches on w... read more
Have used Jarrod and DRP in real estate many times. They are simply the best and always do their best to help us in emergencies. Can’t recommend enough.
DRP fixed our foundation before we moved into our new house. They had the most competitive quote and did a great job. There was a minor mishap, but Jerrod (owner) got involved immediately and rectified the issue above and beyond what any other contractor would have done. Highly recommend DRP. I plan on using them again in the future when the need arises!
