Prompt and timely response from this business near a holiday weekend. Tech came out next day to assess. Assessment of our damage was thorough and explained well, and the quote was for exactly the amount of work that we needed done and not one bit more—they didn’t mark our job up or tell us we needed a bunch of extra work done, which saved us a lot of money. Very professional, honest, and courteous. They’ll be our first call going forward!

My family recently experienced the loss of our father, and had to have trauma cleanup at his home. Keith Lawrence and Zach Felton came out from DRP, and they did a phenomenal job! They made sure every room that had biohazard waste was cleaned and sanitized. Not only were they very professional, but they were also very compassionate and understanding of what we were going through, and made a hard moment of our lives a lot easier.
