We came home from vacation and found our house destroyed from water damage due to ice damming on our roof. Couldn't find a restoration that would respond to West Yellowstone anywhere in MT. Thankfully, I called Brooke of Disaster Restoration of Ashton. They came to my house right away, assessed the damage, and went straight to work. They were prompt and very easy to work with. If I had any questions or concerns they readily answered them. Reasonable price and great job.
They were amazing to work with. They contacted us each morning to let us know what they would be doing that day. All of their workers are very polite and easy to work with. We would recommend them to anyone that needed a disaster restoration company.
Disaster restoration came in and did a great job in my crawlspace And the back main wall of my house. They were very good to communicate what was going on and how long it was going to take. They helped me make the accommodations that I needed while my house was under construction. Brooke was the extra mile is helping me out and helping me understand how everything works. She updated me on a daily basis and sent me pictures. I would use them again.! But hopefully I don’t need to.
I have used the services of Disaster Restoration twice. Brook and the restoration team were amazing to work with. I received daily progress messages from them about what they were working on each day. They would send pictures and if there were decisions to be made or questions they always reached out through a telephone call. Brook was an amazing advocate for me to work with the insurance company.
