Fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. They responded very quickly on a Saturday. Emily was very professional and reassuring both on the phone and in person. Effected areas were thoroughly remediated. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, you won't be disappointed.
After having our hot water tank pipes leak and rotted out a huge part of the closet floor Disaster Recovery came in and ripped out the rotted floor and replaced it. They also replaced the insulation because the water 💦 destroyed a bunch of it. The water never showed in the closet ,it all went under the house. What a mess. Last week, we had a pipe in our home leak for hours. You can imagine the mess! When we discovered the leak, we immediately called the folks at Disaster Recovery. They came right out and got to work cleaning up the water and drying out our house. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. All along the way, they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They had to pull up some of our floors, but they tried their best to do the least amount of damage in doing so.
