DO NOT use these guys for insurance work. I worked directly with Jodi, Sean and Xavier who were nice to work with in the beginning but failed multiple times to send quotes to my insurance adjuster. They then dropped a $12,000 quote on my kitchen table without a single line item on it expecting me to pay the balance in full without telling me what work was completed and what work was scheduled. Rob and his team responded immediately to my disaster. They always answered their phones, always answered my myriads of questions, and walked me through each process every step of the way. From the first call on our flooded basement, they were professional in everything they did for us! I can’t praise them enough! I hope we never have to use them again, but if there was any need, they are the first ones to be called. Wonderful experience the whole way.
