Rob and his team responded immediately to my disaster. They always answered their phones, always answered my myriads of questions, and walked me through each process every step of the way. From the first call on our flooded basement, they were professional in everything they did for us! I can’t praise them enough! I hope we never have to use them again, but if there was any need, they are the first ones to be called. Wonderful experience the whole way.

Its with great regret that i write this review. Disaster Plus must be a decent company given their reviews so my experience must have been an aberration. However, i feel obligated to write this to protect others who may consider using this company. In short, my wife and i had water damage on the same day we were traveling. Disaster plus showed up quickly and began work. They set up a dehumidifier in a separate bathroom away from the source of the water damage.
