Easter weekend my sub pump failed because of the rain. I called and they were there within an hour And worked all night to help me clean up my basement. Amazing people. I was very impressed Even on the holiday They never quit until it was done
When I had a plumbing issue cause a flood in my house in December of 2025, they were very prompt (arriving within 2 hours to begin cleanup) and professional. They provided me with their IICRC licenses for my records, and provided an extensive & detailed report for my insurance company. I would highly recommend their services.
Disaster MD was great. We had a water leak in the house while we were on vacation that caused some damage. They came in and cleaned everything, inspected every inch of the area for moisture and dried it out. They're easy to talk to, great to work with, responsive any time of day and go the extra step to make sure everything is resolved.
