Very professional and willing to go over and beyond to help. I really enjoyed my experience (even in the middle of a disaster) with everyone in this company.
Pretty good communication throughout this process. Chester, Fred, Gavin, Lauren and Eric was very respectful and understanding. We really appreciate them all .
Gavin and Disaster Masters did an awesome job on our project. We had a smaller job than what they typically do, however, they still made us a priority. We had a small closet ceiling that had gotten moisture from the above hvac unit that needed to be removed and dried out. Gavin showed up and immediately gave us a diagnosis and fair estimate to complete the work. Very professional , very knowledgeable, very quick response time . Our 3 YO has a compromised immune system and Gavin made sure they were out here the next day to address the problem. Lauren and Gavin helped us find the cause of the mold to eliminate the problem completely! I would HIGHLY recommend Disaster Masters!
Fast, efficient, & thorough! In no hurry with me. Friendly! Willing to answer all questions I had. Helped me understand the process. Very honest about any items that they recommended to be trashed due to mold saturation level. Also worked with my schedule. Highly recommend!
