Very professional , very knowledgeable, very quick response time . Our 3 YO has a compromised immune system and Gavin made sure they were out here the next day to address the problem. Lauren and Gavin helped us find the cause of the mold to eliminate the problem completely! I would HIGHLY recommend Disaster Masters!

I noticed a musty smell near my entry door and fearing possible mold, I contacted Disaster Masters to check it out. I saw they were a local family owned company with excellent reviews, which means a lot to me. Gavin showed up on time as promised and was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He inspected and tested several areas using moisture meter and FLIR camera, and also checked behind the light switch plates and baseboard, the A/C system, and up in the attic spaces.
