We had Ivan come out and he took a look for us. He was knowledgeable and thorough! He even stopped to greet my daughter. He made my fiancé and I feel like he wasn't trying to rake us over the coals and get the most money out of us. We had called a few other places and it would've costed $150 for a consultation alone but Ivan did it for free for us and he didn't try to persuade us to do anything now through his company.
