Fare. Had them delivering my propane for over ten years. Bills are calculated strange, but kinda standard. NYMO much better. The extra charges for metering and the stable plan are dumb though. Talked to them once about removing the rented tank and they got hostil and rather unprofessional. Almost threatening to come dig the tank out and leave you high and dry. Other then that not bad...not great...but not bad. There customer service could be a lot better. Don't rent a tank from them...get your own.

Was a customer for a number of years deliveries were OK, but customer service was awful, sometimes downright rude. I'm not talking about Canastota but the main office in Clyde. I sold the house and have been trying to get them to pick up the meter for 7 months, now they want me to deliver it to them. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Called to ask about propane service, and was met by the most hostile attitude I have encountered in customer service. You may have a sales script, but deviating from that to answer basic questions does not justify outright dismissal of a serious customer. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
