First, they lie when they say they're open from 9 am -3 pm. They stop doing intakes at about 10 am. Then when you do get through to someone it takes a couple weeks to hear back. And when they do they just send you a standard reply denying to help you with some links to resources that will also refuse to help when you contact them.
