I do NOT appreciate the allegations that I use marijuana and I really dislike this law firm for not providing me the service I requested. I may go on strike by not attending Best Buddies until I get a victim advocate.
Don’t even waste your time, they don’t have time to represent people, they just read over the report, make you waste three weeks, to tell you what the report says, and that they can’t represent you. I believe they just glance at the cases to justify funding.
Yikes. i wish i read the reviews before reaching out. My experience was an awful one customer relations is NOT their strong suit. The person who answered the phone attempted to put me on hold but didn’t and then had a meltdown… “Shut up lady!” and so on. I was stunned. In email correspondence I was made to feel I was bothering them and i would be lucky if someone would consider taking my case. As though they are MY only option for representation. So very disappointed in DRC!
Called for help and before I could even finish explaining my issues the lady says she can’t help me and explains to me to go online and watch a webinar like wth . What the helll are you guys here for when you have no desire to actually help those with disabilities having issues
