Do not believe the other reviews. This place is the only Pennsylvania State office that actually helped me with complex healthcare situations involving one of the biggest providers in the state. They advocated exceptionally well, and have a strong understanding of both disability rights and HIPAA regulations. I never imagined I’d have to fight this hard just to be heard by an agency whose entire mission is to protect people like me. I’m a Deaf single mother of a nonverbal autistic child, and I reached out to Disability Rights Pennsylvania because every other system had failed us. I represent a disabled brother who had issues with terrible neighbors and a terrible police chief in Freeland boro. I kindly spoke with Rocco in the Philadelphia office. Rocco is a so called attorney yet he (hid) behind the issue this is a terrible organization do not use
