-1 star Avoid this place if you need real disability advocacy. In my experience, the staff were rude, dismissive, and openly insensitive. They misread my disability documentation, treated the fact that I am trans as part of the problem, and even told me I needed to “detransition” and discontinue hormones. They also told me, in substance, to “just go find a job.” I left feeling humiliated, judged, and completely unsupported. I would not trust this group with any serious or complex disability case.
