Called to see if we could get my fiance in today, no answer the first call, second call she answered advising that we could be helped as long as we arrive by 3:30. We put all our plans aside and did what we had to do to make it. We signed in at 3:08. She peeked her head around the corner to advise we wait a minute. It was almost 40 minutes later before she poked her head out and advised us of computer problems and that it would be another 10 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago. Very unprofessional. Posted hours for collection are until 4pm. I arrived at 3:20 (I have to get off work to get there) the clerk loudly complained to the current person he was helping about how annoying it is that people show up at 3:30 the turned me away because he claimed to be too busy. It was obvious that he was just sad due to being forced to perform his duties up to the end of the day.

Very dissatisfied. When you have prescription drugs and you go to test, they won't accept the documents. Then you wait to come up positive. Then wait a few days to clear your name in the system. Poor system. Needs a revamp. They have an email system that you send your prescription to the MRO. Why not check a box and activate the link the day you test. Do that and men don't sit at home due to an antiquated, bloated, government inspired system!
