I asked them if they did a 10 panel drug test they said yes, then they gave me a 9 panel one? I paid 50 bucks for nothing. I don't appreciate the lie.
I have long hair that took me 2 years to grow out. The lady who took my hair sample was not friendly, acted annoyed and rude, and she cut off a good chunk of hair in the middle of the back of my head. It feels like I have a shaved head in the back. Terrible place. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you have the ability to go somewhere else do it! This place is a circus. THERE WAS A 3 HOUR WAIT. At most there were 20 people ahead of me. It took me 5 minutes in the back plus whatever time they needed to finish up to get the next person in. They called a single person back once every 30 minutes. And didn't start moving quicker until after lunch time. Also with how big the place is there is room for 16 people to sit uncomfortably.
