I was very worried after I read all the poor reviews. The company who I applied for uses this organization and after submitting my background application I contacted them to make sure my application was received because I did not get a notification. My experience was good, no issues. They did need an additional information which I submitted and no complaints they handled my case quickly. Worst background agency I have ever encountered there is no reason of being a service if the company new hire will have to do the work. They wait until the last minute to send stuff and don't follow up with anybody. The screening lady even said that I wont get the job I applied for all because I didn't remember the date I left a company during the pandemic. I had a terrible experience working with Halie Johnson at the company. I completed all the requests made of me. Supposedly a false lead popped up on my background check from a state I've never stepped foot in (Mississippi). IF YOUR POTENTIAL EMPLOYER IS USING GRIFFIN TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK THEN YOU BETTER LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB. Literally the worst background check company ever. They would have a 1 star rating if they didn't pay for a few 5 star reviews. Go ahead and read through the reviews and you decide who is lying... Even if you send them the information they need via certified mail, they will still lie and say they never received it.
