I had an extremely frustrating experience with this service. I drove over an hour for my appointment, only to find out that my fingerprints weren't done properly and I had to reschedule. After rearranging my schedule, I made the drive again, only to discover that the building was bug-bombed on a day when services were supposed to be available.
