I went to DISA Drug testing to get drug screening and vaccinations for a new job. I was welcomed in with professionalism and caring. The staff was great and made me feel comfortable right away. Check-in was very easy, and there was no wait before I was brought in. The technician who took my blood sample and administered my vaccinations was gentle and comforting. Extremely rude staff. Soon as I walked in the receptionist said "What are you here for?" Told them I'm here for a work physical and drug test. "If you didn't make an appointment you have to leave. There's no provider here". Told them nothing on my paperwork said I had to make an appointment and their response was "Sorry. You have to leave". I've never been treated so rudely for just walking in a door. I wish I could use my voice for this review because words don't do it justice for how the receptionist tone was. This place botched my urine drug screen.: I had it done at clinic on Friday morning. They let it sit in fridge all weekend. The laboratory informed me the results were inconclusive because of. I had to get another urine drug screen done at another place. Costing me a weeks worth of time when I needed this drug screen for pre-employment.
