I recently had issues with the Fox shocks I had installed, and Jordan was incredible—he offered every possible solution, answered all my questions and concerns, and made sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible. Thier great, they changed a wiring harness and it cost me some, when I pickd up the truck, it woulden't turn over. Next day I talked to Jordan, I heard in his voice he was disappointed and motivated to tackle it again. 3 times and they got it, they diden't give up and diden't charge me more. Thier my #1 shop for my truck, I'm looking forward to dealing with them again. Beware they take break from 12-1.
