Do not, I repeat do not, trust Marc Miller or his wife. They are out to make themselves money and all that help they promise is pulled the second Marc has anger issue. Their solutions are over priced and consistently Marcs only real concern is his pocketbook. I bought the whole system, Marc and his wife were deliberately deceptive.
We were very happy. Wayne fixed our blinds. He was reliable and easy to work with. We highly recommend!
