I had septic issues start on a Friday, right as family from out of town began to arrive for a week. Olin & Dirty Treasures understood the urgency of getting the problem solved quickly and did just that. They came out right away, identified the issues and had our system back up and running quickly.

Will absolutely be using Dirty Treasures again. They answered the phone on the 3rd ring, got me scheduled the next day and answered all my neurotic questions. After pumping our septic I got a call from Deagan with additional information about our tank/pump. He was so incredibly helpful and kind in a crappy situation. Very fairly priced as well. Will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

I had an appointment scheduled today, and I called the person I originally set the appointment with, and the office. Left voicemails on both numbers. No one showed up, no one called back. Nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service.
