Will absolutely be using Dirty Treasures again. They answered the phone on the 3rd ring, got me scheduled the next day and answered all my neurotic questions. After pumping our septic I got a call from Deagan with additional information about our tank/pump. He was so incredibly helpful and kind in a crappy situation. Very fairly priced as well. Will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!
I had an appointment scheduled today, and I called the person I originally set the appointment with, and the office. Left voicemails on both numbers. No one showed up, no one called back. Nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Olin helped tremendously with unclogging our septic drain by removing an item out of the grinder in the pump. Genius. Saved us from having to buy a whole new pump. $$$ highly recommend
