Sadly within 2 weeks of Dirty Treasures fixing our plumbing issue the same problem was back - when the new company checked it there was a large root still there that was causing the problem - large enough that it could not have grown that big in 2 weeks so it was never taken care of properly the first time. Very disappointing
Did a great job! Had 2 septic tanks service. One of the septics needed additional attention to prevent future backup (they did not assess additional charges) . They not only empty the tanks but also did a thorough inspection.
Had to call Olan for a second time in two years because of an emergency at our house. He did not disappoint either time and either he or his star employee Deagan were on the spot helping us in no time. More extensive work was needed and he was back in less than a week taking care of everything. Trustworthy, reliable and professional are the best adjectives for this company. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
We were impressed with the prompt response when we had an urgent problem. We are in a rural area and repairs are often not prompt. We have a pump septic system so it is a bit trickier than the norm. Olen patiently explained the problem and the fix. We will definitely call on them again.
Olin and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, polite, and incredibly friendly.
