We are coming up on almost a year and a half at Dirty South and have loved every moment of it. All the coaches are terrific and really care about your fitness journey. The community is second to none and very welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to anyone whether you have been doing CrossFit for a while or just starting out! You will feel right at home.
I LOVE DSSC! I've been going for about a year and half, and I've never felt so strong in my life! I've grown so much in my CrossFit abilities, but I've also gained lifelong friends. 10/10 would recommend!
Junior Jam was super well organized and my son loved doing all of it! This was his first time doing any of the moves. The volunteers were great! They showed him what to do and made sure he felt success. He loved it and can’t wait to do it again!
Got to witness the inaugural Junior Jam last weekend! What a well supported and encouraging group of people! It was a pleasure to watch kids try hard things and adults there to cheer and coach them along! Thanks DSSC for a great weekend!
My son just participated in the Junior Jam kids competition and loved it. It was his first time doing anything like this and he was very excited. The event was very organized and well run! The volunteers were very helpful and kind. They even had bounce houses for my younger son to play on! Very pleased with our experience.
