Arrived late as if my schedule didn't matter and was rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN TEXT MESSAGES!
Definitely a 5 star experience! Jonathan arrived on time, was over the top professional and polite. Our carpets look like brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Jonathan replied to texts promptly, arrived exactly on time, and went above and beyond with our carpet cleaning. He cleaned extra sections of the carpet we didn’t need (but was lovely to have cleaned!) and gave lots of friendly advice. Will have him back again!
I am extremely disappointed with Dirty Paws Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning customer service. I reached out via text to potentially book their services again, as we have used them in the past without any issues. However, the response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no excuse for speaking to a customer in a disrespectful manner. After this experience, I will not be using them and cannot recommend their services to others.
