first off, tried seeing why (even though your emails say customers will be contacted if a product is going to take longer to ship) the part I ordered wasn't shipped the day I ordered it. Got told it was out of stock, never got a notice that it was out or contacted. second, i want to cancel the order due to the uninformed notice of longer shipping and i need that part sooner than later. called at 8:46 am central time, got told the cancelation gal isn't at the desk and my number would be called when she gets there. it is now 1... read more
I don’t think I have enough space to say what needs to be said about how great of a company this is. These guys are extremely passionate about moving the needle with the Duramax platform as well as going above and beyond any level of customer service you can imagine. These guys have never steered me wrong about what I should do next with all the experience, time and learning over the years they are willing to help out anyone that goes to dirty hooker diesel.
Absolute best customer service! So we broke down in Custer, South Dakota with two codes popping up. We learned that it was due to needing the valve body replaced. (We came from Florida) We called EVERY SINGLE transmission shop, GM dealership within 100 miles. Even GM themselves were 6mo back order on a valve body! So we were recommended to Dirty Hooker Diesel to get a valve body. Not only did they have one rebuilt but they overnighted it! I have a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Duramax Diesel that gave me codes P0700 and P2724. Which pointed to solenoid #5 being stuck. We found the solution to be a valve body replacement. We contacted all the GM dealerships within 100 miles and no one could get us in or could get a valve body. They said 6 months out currently.
