Purchased a valve body from Tyler ran into a few issues and Tyler went above and beyond to help and get me squared away also purchased trans tunes and Seth went out of his way to help me get it installed both stand up ppl and would highly recommend either one of them for anything anyone would need!! My husband purchased an External Transmission Filter Magnet weeks ago and received notification that shipping was delayed. No issue with that, but after another week, reached out to UPS and was told he would need to reach out the company. He emailed Dirty Hooker with no response after 4 days, and sent another email with no response to this day.
Bought a rear drive shaft loop from them for a 3rd gen dodge. I ended up having a double fin AAM axle in the rear instead of the single fin. They ended up covering shipping to return the old one and shipped a different one out. Nikki and Tony were great
first off, tried seeing why (even though your emails say customers will be contacted if a product is going to take longer to ship) the part I ordered wasn't shipped the day I ordered it.
