I had critter guards on my dryer escape that were causing my dryer to back up. John came to assist. He was fast, fair, and fixed our problem. Great company that was accommodating and communicative throughout the process.
These guys were professional from the call to Joy to inquire about their services, the 2 calls later to ask additional questions, to arriving at my house and walking into it (each guy introduced himself and shook my hand). They were all friendly and talkative while working. I ended up with 5 guys there at one point. They told me what they were doing & showed me what they got out of the ducts. Easy to schedule and flexible. However, the lint does not get collected and it was littered all across my yard.
They were wonderful. Showed up on time showed what was the problem with dryer duct which was a screen on the vent on roof. Very personable. Very happy with Service
I will definitely share a review with photos when I find out how this job will be handle. On here and Facebook
