We had the team come out to inspect our dryer vents and air ducts since we were unsure of the last time they were cleaned. We had been experiencing some issues with our dryer, and they answered my inquiry quickly. They were very communicative and identified what the issue might be. I have never had service done by them HOWEVER, while driving down Imperial in Hewitt, Tx one of their service truck nearly caused me to rear end them at a stop light. Al because I was going the speed limit with every other car and they couldnt speed in and out of traffic like he wanted to. He was tailgaiting several cars all the way down imperial. I recently hired them to clean the whole ductwork of my house which was made in 1951 and renovated in 2020. I observed their work, took videos of it and watched them as they ran antimicrobial cleaner through my ducks, and also sealed many of them with a white paste. On all, I’m extremely happy with the service and they cleaned about 15 ducks in my home that have not been touched since 1951. My family is hoping that this is going to lead to clean air quality. The duct covers were taken down and they took all pulling chains down and did not replace them , they did not sanitize they just clean covers with water and that’s it , they did not like me asking questions about what they were doing but Michael their worker was really helpful and answered my questions , it was 55 per per duct but later on on the website it said 450 for up to 10 ducts but saw it too late so paid 500 for 9 , seems like job was rushed but they did clean a part of the intake but had to clean myself with vacuum ... read more
