The overall experience was terrible! Damon was very unprofessional and came across very aggressive and used alot of bad language. I also believe that Damon was using drugs he kept going out to the car was Dripping in sweat. At one time i went outside and was sure i saw him snorting something in his truck. I was surprised at how much dust, dirt and dead bugs were in my ducts! It's not something you ever really think about because you don't see it but I can't believe I've been breathing all that for years! I decided to call Dirty Ducks because my kids have been cooped up with this winter being so cold and I'm glad I did. They were very friendly and did a really good job to make sure they got my ducts as clean as possible. There's a lot more to cleaning ducts properly than I though and I'm glad I called them. What a wonderful company everyone should use on a regular basis to keep air ducts clean, allergies down and unpleasant odors out. Our insurance office in Belvidere wouldn't smell the same without them! We and our customers noticed a rotten smell permeating throughout the building, which grew stronger when the furnace kicked on. Dirty Ducks came to the rescue and found 3 decaying mice bodies in our ducts, along with construction and other debris. They were prompt, professional, fair and our heroes :).
