Dirty Ducks came out to clean my dryer vent and air ducts, and their work resulted in great improvement with the air flow. I had a problem with weak air flow coming from my dryer to the outside vent. But after the technician cleaned the air duct and the outside vent, air flow significantly improved and solved the problem with the performance of my dryer. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and he made sure we were happy with the resolution to our venting issue.

Dirty Ducks showed up within their time window and was quick to complete the work. I was told when booking the technician would let me know the price prior to starting work since their website says $65 but price may change due to existing conditions like distance of pipe for cleaning. I was never told the price until work was completed and was charged $89.95. Not a huge deal, but only wish they were a little bit more transparent.
