Terrible customer service!!! I'll admit I did curse but not until after getting sassy replies from the clerk. I had given my order when another customer walked in and she proceeded to give her spiel about all the cookies while I waited for my order to be filled. Whatever happened to "The Customer is always Right"???
I went for my favorite cookies but that place was closed so I tried dirty dough. Great first impressions. The young lady's working explained what all the cookies were about. Made recommendations, told me about other peoples favorites. Super nice. The cookies are incredible! They add the toppings when you order so nothing is going to be soggy. The cookies come to you warm so all the melty goodness is great.
