Our whole family is treated kind and our dog is always taken care of very well when boarded. They do a great job with his bath too.

lisa is a wonderful person that takes great pride in her work. When she see problems with the dogs coat, skin and or toes, she lets the owner know how to care for the various things she see, as she loves them all. lisa loves dogs so much, that she goes to the pound to see if their are and she can rescued to be trained, groomed and adopted.

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS GROOMER, STAY AWAY! Please read all the reviews besides mine, as I wish I had before taking my dog there. I left explicit instructions with the male receptionist on how my dog was to be groomed, due to the fact that my dog is old and has arthritis and gets sun burnt easily. He assured me this would not be a problem and told me my dog would be finished in 1.5-2 hours. After two hours had passed and I still hadn't heard from the groomers I decided to go back to see what was taking so long. I was very disappointed to see my dog shaking, shaved and unrecognizable, especially after I left instructions that his fur was to be no shorter than 1 . When I asked what happened the receptionist didn't even have a moment to speak before the owner burst through the back door yelling about how I do not take care of my dog and it was her right to shave my dog without my consent. She went on to tell me that I neglect and abuse my dog and that she would be calling both the police and the SPCA. Finally she pointed at the door and yelled if i don't like it there's the f******g door. This woman is unstable and should not own a business let alone any business that works with animals. Not only will i NEVER go back but I will warn everyone with pets against this business.

lisa is the best in bell county! she puts alot of love and passion into her work, therefore thats what makes her stand out! my dog taya loves her...she gets excited when we go in! thank you lisa!

My little dog JoJo loves Lisa at Dirty Dogs Spaw! Thanks for doing such a wonderful job every single visit, Im always satisfied and would never dream of taking him anywhere else!

Absolutely the best groomer ever! I concede that my dogs are spoiled & have difficult temperaments at times, but Lisa is a true dog whisperer. She genuinely cares for all animals & my dogs absolutely love her. I will not go anywhere else. I dont even live in Temple anymore, and am happy to make the hour+ drive, knowing my dogs are in caring, professional hands. To top it all off, the rates are more than reasonable.
