I’ve been a Dirty Dogs Car Wash member at the Oxford, AL location for nearly two years. When I first became a member, Dirty Dogs was hands down the best car wash in the county. It was always staffed well and the tunnel was always fully operational. That is no longer the case. Over the last several months the Oxford location has steadily declined. They continue to charge you after you have canceled your plan. They do not follow up on emails or phone calls. Beware!

I canceled my plan on January and have been charged every month since. I have shown employees confirmation of my cancelation, and they called it in. Dirty dogs has no one to answer their phones so I have to be able to speak with a real representative.

I am member monthly but I thought your employee responsibility add soap in wash all I see no soap all water huh ? Do your job teach them or I stop membership and go other different company!
