I had high hopes for this car wash considering it was recently opened ,but this facility just did not reach my expectations. First of all, I choose the cheapest car wash ($15) because my car wasn’t that dirty to begin with. I went through the car wash and got soap on it one time, it wasn’t much and wasn’t very sud like either. I then pulled around to the vacuums to clean the interior. Went today for car wash due to leaving on trip. I went thru and came out there were bug still splattered on windshield. I turned around and went back a second time after getting home nothing changed. I had to get my equipment and clean all the bugs from windshield and off front of my car. Today I am not a pleased customer
This place use to be great but for whatever reason its not anymore. I always leave with soap still on my car. The tire shine is blown onto the upper side of the vehicle leaving a residue. And every single time I've been in the last 2 months, something has been wrong and its taken FOREVER to get thru or they've turned us around completely. Also got stuck once going thru. I get everyone is going to have issues sometimes, but its becoming all the time.
Car was still dirty after a $25.00car wash, I was not pleased
