Paid 20 for wash, 5 extra for 360 prep and another 5 for lava guard. Gave the machine 40 and it never gave my change. 360 prep was a joke they brushed the windshield, hood and backglass that was it. This is free at other washes. Left dirt streaks all over vehicle and to top it off the vacuums barely had any suction. Do yourself a favor go to Extreme or Raindrop they are miles ahead of this place for cheaper. I will never be back here.
I have had a monthly membership for two cars for over six years. I used to use a different car wash in town and switched because Dirty Dawg had compressed air which is easier to dry the rear window of my truck and the glass cleaner. The staff was awesome and there were plenty of them around if there was an issue. About two months ago I noticed that about every other time I went, the compressed air was not working and no glass cleaner. It's OK
This used to be a great car wash but not now. My antenna was bent which I am not blaming them. I paid for the more expensive clean and my truck was worse when i got doen the road then when i went. The tire shine stuff was this black goop that splattered all over place and it did not want to come off. I had a ABSOLUTE MESS to clean up!!!
