Great work, great communication. Thanks Nick, and Dirty Dog for taking care of us. I had a U-Joint going bad on my 93 wrangler and I attempted to do it myself but it was just too stuck in place, so I called the shop and he let me know he’s working on a job and to check in the next day. I check in the next day and he’s ready to see us, dropped it off and waited inside and he was all done in less than an hour! Can’t wait to bring the Jeep back and have this good mechanic do some more work for us!
They are a great shop. Trust worthy, reliable, friendly, and fair. Tell you what you need and don't try to upsell you a bunch of junk you don't need. PLus they do what it takes to figure it out. Also do great custom work.
I had a persistent issue with my running lights. I left it at another shop in town who kept my TJ for a full month, getting me to sign off on diagnosis after diagnosis. After $1200 in diagnosis labor and a request for *another* $600 to drop the gas tank, I asked for my Jeep back and took it to Dirty Dog. I should have done this all along. It took Nick less than ten minutes to diagnose my problem as a faulty headlight switch. Honest, simple, precise, to the point, fair. Great service! Went in to have my death wobble fixed and was back on the road in 30 minutes (super impressive as it was during their lunch break!) I really appreciate Fred and his employees being super straightforward, honest and very knowledgeable with my modified JKU! Wish I would’ve brought it there sooner!
