My problem was diagnosed immediately and Justin gave clear and complete explanations on how to fix it. Absolute phenomenal service. Justin is a beauty and I recommend that everyone go to him.
Had a bit of a nightmare buying a 2014 Duramax from a dealer in the interior. Drove it home and went into limp mode because of the DEF. Justin diagnosed it and worked with me to get the dealer to cover majority of the repair bill for a full delete / exhaust and tune minus the transmission tuning. Had another issue with the ECM which they got repaired and programmed from GM. Fighting with dealer to cover that as we speak. Spent 15 minutes on the phone explaining diesel trucks to me and even offered to come in on the weekend specifically to help me with buying my first diesel truck. Awesome shop would highly recommend you bring your truck in here.
Justin genuinely took the time to help me remotely over the phone to work through a simple problem that could cost me another engine tear down if not corrected today. He is definitely one of the good guys in the diesel community on Vancouver island. Furthermore I wouldnt hesitate to do business with him on the principle he was willing to take 20 minutes of his day and help, that really shows his character. Thanks again fella
