After commissioning 2 new plants, helping a kid on the verge of suicide, pushed out alcoholic workers, prevented large safety violations and i trained their teams to drop the drama and work effectively. I would say this company is an Immigration cash cow business. High prices, lots of nepotism and a top down philosophy with below average salaries. Way below.
