Poor customer service, extensive issues after making repairs.
Buckle up this is a long one. I have been to this place before and purchased parts and the like from their retail space. While I was there I've asked if they dealt with street motorcycles at all, which they said they did. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. I reached out to the shop about getting some tires put on one of my motorcycles. When I spoke to them I let them know my situation. I used to live in the same town at the shop is in. Iv fixed a couple machines that were screwed up by dirt sports and they definitely do not understand diagnosing internal combustion engines. I cannot attest to friendliness of the staff or the prices on their products or how well they run the shop They might do great matter of fact they've been in business a while they probably are good at this but as far as fixing engines these guys should probably hire some talent or something.
Been waiting for a single carb clean for close to 7 months now. There’s no communication on there part, no call backs, no nothing. They’re working like they want to go out of business, terrible experience. At this point I don’t even want a call back, and they can just keep the part I brought to them. I could’ve had a whole new one by now.
I saw the reviews online and thought mabye they was wrong, well I was wrong. The reviews of them being slow is so true luckily it was a simple job or it probably would of been done half way and then been told sorry cant help you and get my stuff back in a box like everyone else. if you want your simple jobs done quick I'd recommend just watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself but if you got months to waste and 50% chance of getting your stuff apart in a box this is the shop for you :D
