DO NOT do any business with this dude! He charges $120 per hour more than a diesel mechanic just so you could recieve your equipment the same way you turned it in or WORSE. We were put on the back burner for OVER a YEAR. Left sloppy work guy says he “DoEs MoRe ThAn MoSt EvEr WilL.”YET we get the atv back, dude said he cleaned everything up and nothing was clean. I use Dirtmonster to service my ATVS (Polaris & Honda) both are old. (26 and 21 years). The owner, Jim, and I discussed the pros and cons of repairing these older machines versus buying new. For what I am now using them for, I went with repairs. Dirt Monster has also serviced my swisher 60 finish mower. Fair prices and quick turnaround times. I highly recommend this business.
I was passing through on a cross country trip from West Virginia to Seattle when my front tire's valve stem blew out, leaving me stranded on 70. Dirt Monster was the closest so I gave him a call/text. He was able to tow my bike to his shop and replace the valve stem, remount the tire, and get me going again. This was all done at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you again for your help!
Don’t go with this guy to do any business with. He charges $120 per hour more than a diesel mechanic just so you could recieve your equipment the same way you turned it in. Funny enough is that there was a guy picking up his quad at the same time as me because he couldn’t fix the problem. He replaced the ignition for the cart but it looks like it was a part ordered on eBay. I could've done that. Jim and his son were both great to deal with and definitely knew their stuff. We dropped off two ATVs for full service fluid change and tune ups and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them!
