hated every aspect of this product and the customer service ghosted me. try getting this product and a landscaper schedule aligned inside a 2 weeknreturn window. when they didn't work for the slope, and could bot be returned, I tried to use them as a tree ring and given that they don't go deeply into the dirt, but rather retain it, they stand so high that it is just a ridiculous situation. I could not be more unhappy with this experience.
The dirt lockers themselves seem durable and I was very excited to use them on our sloping side yard. Unfortunately our soil is extremely rocky and the J hooks just could not penetrate far enough into the soil. When I asked to return our unused product, I got an initial response, quite quickly, with their return policy. Once I requested the return directions, I was just ghosted. I recently installed the Dirt Locker system on my property. It was an unsightly hill that poured water onto the driveway. Now it is a featured part of our landscape that get compliments from our neighbors. Installing the system was quick and easy. We started with 20' x 10' area and are considering adding to it now that we know how simple the process is. I highly recommend Dirt Locker to control erosion and beautify troublesome hills.
