If I could give zero stars I would. I confirmed via text the day before my appointment to make sure he would be here. He confirmed. The next day he called once 40 minutes prior to my appointment, which I missed , but he chose not to leave a voicemail or send me a text. I waited until one hour passed my alleged appointment to check on his status. He then tells me he called twice, only once, and said he knocked on my door.
